Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. If you reorder replacement or exchange items we can usually waive some or all of the restocking fee.
It is the receiver's responsibility to check for discrepancies on any order before any alterations like embroidery or screen printing are made to the items. No restocking fee for discrepant items.
Returns must be authorized by Outlet Shirts by contacting us in writing here to obtain a RMA # and return shipping address. Please identify the exact items you wish to return (product ID, size, color and quantity) and reason for the return.
Do not return items without contacting us by email or phone first. Returns without a RMA # cannot be tracked and may be refused. We will email the return instructions to you.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the original order was shipped for free, you may be charged some shipping charges against your refund.
Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt (some exceptions can be granted) of the order and must be shipped within 6 days of receipt of the RMA# or claim may be denied. Returned items must be shipped freight pre-paid, no COD's. Refunds are typically made to the same form of payment used for the order. In the case that a credit card or debit card has been cancelled or has expired we will issue a check payable to the name on the original order. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for bank credit to complete. Altered or washed garments are not returnable. Merchandise not purchased through OutletShirts.com is not returnable and will be returned to customer at customers expense or disposed of by Outlet Shirts.
Samples and discontinued items are not returnable.
I need to exchange an item, what do I do?
Since we are offering apparel at wholesale prices rather than retail, and since we maintain the majority of our inventory in several warehouses rather than a retail store, we are unable to simply exchange items. If you wish to exchange for a different item, we offer the following choices.
1. Place a new order for the new items you would like or authorize us to do so and give us permission to charge your credit card for the new/exchange order. Your returned order will be refunded once the return has been cleared.
Or 2. Wait until your returned items are credited back into the warehouse and we will then issue you a refund or credit. Keep in mind this could take 3-4 weeks. At that point you should re-order the replacement items.
Cancellations are subject up to a 3.5% processing fee. Order cancellation will only be accepted if received before shipment occurs. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
